Engel has authored or edited 13 books on American foreign policy and is currently writing ”Seeking Monsters to Destroy: How America Goes to War, From Washington to Biden and Beyond” (Oxford University Press).

The Fund was created to encourage Red Wing residents
To become acquainted with public affairs,
To educate themselves on the role of Red Wing, Minnesota, USA as part of the rest of the world
And, as they participate in public affairs, to be better prepared to be candidates for public office.
Funds are distributed for projects initiated:
– By the Duff Fund Advisory Board
– By grant applications
