Grants are given based upon:

• It’s fit within the city of Red Wing
• The ability to fit the mission
• Its ability to define a clear goal
• Having measurable outcomes that will be documented
• Having a plan for evaluation and reporting back the final outcome

Recipients must submit:

1. A signed copy of the application form
2. Evidence of a 501.c.3 or a part of a local government
3. A budget indicating sources of revenue and list of other participant agencies
4. A list of board members of the organization
5. A description of the project, its goals, and evaluation process

Grants are not meant for:

• Maintenance
• Staff Funding
• To be an on-going source of funding
